There are 3 major steps to our process

Initial Consult

The first step in your design journey is to meet with Jane to discuss your project and to help her understand your brief, preferences and the scope of work involved.  This can be at the project site or at your place of choice. We do work remotely as well and have worked this way successfully for many projects outside of Sydney, including New Zealand and Queensland.  This initial meeting is normally around 2 hours.

It does assist initially, if you have some images of interiors and exteriors that you love and find inspiring that you can share at this meeting.  Jane will discuss the scale of your project, your budget, time frames and take images on site as well.  After this initial meeting we will prepare our proposal document which will outline our fees for your project.

When you have accepted our fee proposal, that is when the magic starts to happen, and we will be liaising with you right from concept to completion.

We will start with the detailed planning and will present our ideas to you in the form of mood boards, graphics, sketches, and sourced sampling, so you have a clear understanding of the final overall proposed scheme.

We offer a full service in project management, where we can supply all the skills required to execute and finish your project. We will also obtain and prepare quotations and keep a project tracker of everything, as we move through, including budget spreadsheets so we keep a close record of expenditure.

We have access to experienced and reliable: builders, trades people, painters, paperhangers, custom joiners, kitchen cabinetmakers, window furnishing companies and landscapers. We value these relationships as they ensure a positive experience and quality execution of work for our projects.

When all the hard surface work has been completed, we can then see your project through to final completion – including the furniture choices, lamps, cushions, artwork, lamps, rugs, and everything needed to finish your project beautifully and to our high standard!

Here are examples of Mood Boards prepared for our Rose Bay Project and our Pitt Town Project.

We understand that engaging an Interior design company can be quite daunting if you haven’t used one before.
It costs nothing to call us and have a chat to discuss your project – be it large or small.

No question is silly. We are up front and honest right from the start and will do our utmost to put you at ease and make this the enjoyable process it should be. We are very conscious you are placing your trust in us and never take this for granted. Many of our previous clients are happy to give references of our work.

Our strong belief is that engaging a qualified, experienced interior design company is an investment. We not only add value to your home, but more importantly, we create a home or space that reflects who you are and enhances your life by lifting your spirits every time you walk in the door!
